...Wherefore, as by one man,  sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned (Rom. 5:12).

ORIGINAL SIN depicts the journey of a lifeless and lonely human soul screaming and trying to escape the Apocalypse. Departing from the suffering, impact of evolution, civilization, development and industrialization of this world.  Beginning with the dark side of human nature represented in the Sinner series of artworks from He Min, we slowly transcend into Pang Yong's Dream series, which is the surreal realm mixed with metaphysical dreams. ORIGINAL SIN then transition towards Rong Zhi, Chen Jingdong and Tian Taiquan, whose series of artworks show the desperation for liberation, redemption, salvation and revolution. "That be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?" (Genesis 18:25)
