Room Reservations, Hours of Use, and Check-In
- Reservations must be made by 5PM on the same day.
- Rooms are available from 9AM-11PM by self check in only.
Equipped with fastest Wi-Fi and power outlets, this room can be used as a
workspace for telework and remote work. Reservations on the day of the event will
be accepted until 17:00. Please understand beforehand.
Toilets and kitchen is available for drinks but no food is allowed. The use of
showers, is prohibited. If you do use, we will charge you a nuisance fee.
Please follow the self check in direction. 30 minutes before your appointment time,
lockbox code will be messaged to your mobile phone.
Get the front door key and room key from the black Lockbox 1 at the front door. Take elevator to 2nd floor and take key from the white lockbox. After the usage, please return the key in the same lockbox and close the lockbox door. Lost key or failure to return the keys will be 5000¥ penalty.
The reserved room usage time includes the time to leave the room and return the key to the front desk. Please be sure to leave the room clean on time as the next guest will be arriving. Please take the trash to the kitchen trash can.
